A person is 60 to 80% water. If we do not drink enough water every day, it disappears from our blood. Without water in the blood, it could lead to narrow blood vessels, blood clots, raised blood pressure. It can even increase the risk of heart attack and stroke.


Without water in our intercellular space, raised acidity levels will be experienced. This can also lead to gout, kidney stones, brittle bones and low immunity.
